Almost a year ago to date, David purposed Danielle just above the Falls on Salmon River.  Because they made the hike out to the falls on a yearly basis with family, Danielle didn’t suspect a thing.  Not even the romantic songs David put together for the ride, tipped Danielle off to what was coming.  Congratulations to you both and thanks for including us in your visit this year! This year has been full of reports of unusual weather around the country.  But the day of Brooke and Dan’s wedding dawned completely perfect in Ogdensburg, NY.  Late summer offered it’s stellar mix of warm coolness.   The girl’s began the morning with hair and makeup at Brooke’s parents home.  Brooke’s mother Pam crafted clutches for each of the bridesmaids.  Each clutch was unique and beautiful.  She also created a special one for Brooke which included bits of lace and detail from her own wedding gown.   Dan was truly the man of the day with his wedding gift for Brooke.  How can anyone resist the unmistakable blue/green box?!?   Brooke and Dan are such a warm and cute couple.  We wish them all the best!

After shooting weddings in Northern New York for several years now, we have finally taken it to the next level–a wedding at Boldt Castle!  We didn’t really put it together right away that we hadn’t yet shot on the island, since we have visited a couple of times as tourist.  Their wedding was fabulous.  Ashleigh was a stunning bride.  She and the girls had their hair and makeup done in Alex Bay before hopping aboard the Island Girl for the quick trip to Heart Island.   Ashleigh and William chose many sweet little details for their day, such as personalised totes for the bridesmaids and a groom’s cake that perfectly replicated William’s airplane .  Congratulations to you both!
