Emily is doing a marvelous job of planning for their Northern NY wedding from a distance. She and Sam both grew up in this area so it is wonderful to see they can have their wedding ‘back home’! They happened to be back in town for a friend’s wedding over the weekend, so we caught up with them for a lovely late summer shoot!

Bert flew solo for Cheyenne and Daniel’s shoot since I was away in Arkansas visiting family. Now I am totally feeling jealous, cause after editing their sweet little session, I feel like I know Cheyenne and Daniel but I have yet to meet them in person. It won’t be long though! Can’t wait for their autumn wedding. Congratulations to you both!
Adams Center NY Wedding: Courtney & Jon
August 29, 2011Courtney is one of those people who is so full of energy that she is simply unstoppable! It comes out in everything that she does. Their wedding day was full of this energy. The bridal party had even choreographed their ’walk’ down the isle. And then just as everyone was expecting the bride and her father to walk down the isle, Courtney and her father arrived on her father’s gas converted golf cart. It was absolutely perfect! Everyone had so much fun. Thanks so much for sharing your day with us!
Lowville NY Enagement: Chelsea & Matthew
August 26, 2011Sometimes it can be a little tricky to pick the perfect location for your engagement session. So many things weigh into the equation. Urban or country? Casual or formal? Water or desert (well not so much in our area:)? The most important thing is to keep it ‘you‘. I love that Chelsea and Matt did just that. They kept it very close to home. Their good friends own one of the locations we used: All Seasons Landscaping and were happy for them to use their sweet grounds. Congratulations to you both!
